All #2020VirtualConference Courses Will Be Recorded for Future Viewing
To view the recordings after the conference - to earn CEU or to rewatch content you may have inadvertently missed - you must register for the conference. Here are the guidelines:

  • Register for the #2020VirtualConference by October 4.
  • All live courses will be recorded.
  • By October 16, we will email all registrants that recordings are available to view.
  • View any content you wish to see by November 30.
  • Take (and pass) the course post-test to be eligible for CEU.
  • As a registrant, you may earn a maximum of 12 CEU from the live or recorded courses. (You must preregister and pay for all 12 CEU to receive them.)
  • Some, but not all, of the course recordings will be available in a library for future purchase for non-registrants or registrants who would like to earn more than 12 CEU.

Student Conclave

Programming Designed for PT and PTA Students
Network and learn about the profession from leaders in Washington's physical therapy community. You'll hear about things
 not typically covered in the classroom.

Students may attend the 2020 Virtual Conference for free but preregistration is required. Students from all participating states are welcome to attend, although the business meeting will focus on election of APTA Washington student SIG officers.

MISCELLANEOUS REGISTRATION INFORMATION


CONFIRMATIONS
All registrations received by Sunday, October 4, (when registration closes) will receive an automatic confirmation and payment receipt via email (please check your junk mail folders). We will accept no registrations after October 4.

CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
To cancel or make a substitution, please call the APTA Washington office at (800) 554-5569 or email conference@aptawa.org.

Cancellations received by September 10 will be refunded the registration fee less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations between September 10 and October 4 will receive a 50 percent refund. There will be no refunds after October 4.


Unless there is a waiting list for the course, substitutions will be accepted at no charge until September 10. All substitutions must be for the same member type and are at the discretion of APTA Washington staff. No substitutions will be accepted after September 10, or if the course has a waiting list.


REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees include admittance to your course(s) of choice, access to digital course handouts, access to the virtual exhibit hall, and access to all conference events.

MEMBER RATES
You must be a member in good standing as of the date of the conference to be eligible for all member rates. If we are unable to confirm your membership you may be asked to provide proof of membership.

STUDENT MEMBER RATES
This rate applies to all students who are APTA members and categorized as a student by APTA. You may belong to any chapter, you do not have to belong to a participating chapter to qualify.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
All courses are eligible for continuing education credit (CEU/CCU) and meet licensing guidelines required for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in Hawaii, Idaho, Washington, Montana and Wisconsin. Continuing education courses offered during the 2020 Virtual Conference are intended for health and other allied professionals and should not be taken if the course content is outside the learner’s legal scope of practice.

COURSE CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a course, we will provide credit to attend another course at the conference or a future APTA Washington conference. APTA Washington and its conference co-sponsors will not be responsible for additional costs incurred by registrants.
